Josh Doan spent just one season with the Utah Hockey Club before being traded to the Buffalo Sabres.
Doan arrived in Utah with the newly rechristened Arizona Coyotes and made the Clubbers out of preseason camp. He played in 9 games in the NHL before being sent back to the Tucson Roadrunners for more seasoning.
Utah recalled Doan in January and he was in the lineup on January 10th and played in every game from there on out.
Josh finished his rookie season with 51 games played, scoring 7 goals and 12 assists.

The Utah Hockey Club wore two sets of their white away jerseys in 2024-2025, though there is evidence that there were potentially other jerseys used. The White Set 2 set dates are listed on the set tag as December 20th, 2024 through April 15th, 2025.
Josh Doan did not join the team again until January 10th, so he missed several games of the set.

The final three games within the date range listed on the set tag — April 12th, April 14th, and April 15th — appear to have been an entirely new jersey being worn by Doan. The large stick marks that are all around the crest on the front of Doan’s jersey are no longer there beginning on April 12th.
Josh Doan’s jersey shows solid wear that is highlighted by the large stick marks which are all around the UTAH wordmark crest on the front of the jersey and another on the hem.
There are also some stick marks in the sleeves, as well as on the left collarbone and in back on the right shoulder.
The inaugural season patch on the right sleeve has a burn mark through the bottom of it and there is blue paint transfer on the shoulder below it. The back number shows one burn mark just above where Doan signed the jersey.
