Bennett Schimek played for the Arizona State Sun Devils during his junior and senior seasons after transferring to ASU from Providence College.
The forward finished his collegiate career firmly inside the top ten among all of the major offensive statistics (goals, assists, and points) at Arizona State despite playing just two years in Tempe.
Prior to the 2025-2026 season, Schimek was named co-captain of the Sun Devils alongside junior forward Kyle Smolen.
ASU unveiled this “reverse retro” version of the club retro jersey ahead of their home opening series against Penn State.
The new version of the jersey takes the adidas-era version of the Club Retro and flips the colors, altering the template into a primary maroon jersey with gold sleeves and white accents.
Arizona State wore these new sweaters in a total of 12 games during the 2025-2026 season.
Bennett Schimek wore this jersey and played in all 12 of those games, scoring 6 goals and 9 assists for 15 points in those contests.
On December 13th, 2025 against Minnesota Duluth, Bennett Schimek had a hat trick and two assists which helped him and linemate Cruz Lucius reach 100 career points.
Schimek’s jersey shows solid wear with several unrepaired holes in each sleeve, as well as board burns, a stick mark or two, and some loose threads on the front crest and back numbers.
These jerseys have Arizona State Authentic Game Jersey tagging in the back hem.
