Josh Doan was issued this white gamer prior to the 2021-2022 season for the Arizona Coyotes Black vs. White prospects scrimmage.
Doan did attend the development camp but did not play in the scrimmage, however, so this jersey is only game issued. He returned to ASU for school and to prepare for the Sun Devils’ 2022-2023 season at the Mullett. It was acquired directly from the team and equipment manager Stan Wilson by yotes97 along with other Coyotes gear and jerseys a few years back.

The black team wore the Coyotes black kachinas which had just transitioned back to full-time home jerseys for the Yotes the previous season, and the white team wore the previous white "howling head" away jerseys instead of the white kachinas.
The white kachinas were re-launched as the new away jersey in September of 2021 and worn on the ice when puck dropped on the 2021-2022 season a month later.
