J.J Moser spent less than half a season with the Tucson Roadrunners as he quickly progressed through the minors and onto the NHL just months after being drafted.
Moser was a 2nd round selection (60th overall) of the Arizona Coyotes in the 2021 NHL Entry Draft.
Following two strong months in the AHL (5 goals and 7 assists in 18 games), he was called up to the Yotes roster in mid-December and remained there for the duration of the season.
The Swiss defender played in 43 games in Arizona, scoring 4 goals and 11 assists.
Tucson wore it’s kachina alternates in 9 games in the 2021-2022 season. I believe that is the most they’ve worn the jerseys in a season in franchise history.
J.J. Moser wore this particular game worn jersey in just 3 of those 9 games before being called up to the Coyotes. He scored 1 goal and 3 assists to average more than a point per game in this sweater.
It is photomatched to all 3 games (11/26, 11/27, and 12/11).
Moser’s kachina has solid wear for such a short stint with a nice smattering of board burns all over the left sleeve. The numbers on both sleeves have some notable loose threads.
The nameplate on the back has white threading or fabric showing on both of the bottom corners which is also visible in at least one photo.
