Brinson Pasichnuk spent four seasons watching the Arizona State Sun Devils hockey program rise from new kid on the block and punching bag to being ranked and nationally relevant by his junior and senior seasons.
Pasichnuk is one of the most decorated players to lace them up for the Sun Devils.
He left the school at the end of the 2019-2020 season as the university’s all-time leader in games played, points, and assists. The defender scored 37 points in 36 games in his final season, finishing third in the nation among blueliners.
He signed with the San Jose Sharks on March 30th, 2020. Brinson became the second player in program history to play in the NHL when he made his NHL debut a little over a year later with the Sharks on April 28th, 2021.
The Sun Devils wore their white set jerseys in 8 games in the 2019-2020 season.
Brinson Pasichnuk played in all 8 games, scoring 4 goals and 7 assists for 11 points. It is also likely that this jersey was worn in some or all of the 2018-2019 season.
His white set jersey has decent wear. The right sleeve has a repair and a small board burn hole just below the elbow area. The top of the sleeve has a nice thick slash/burn mark through the sleeve numbers that’s visible in several photos from the season. There is also another small burn hole between the sleeve numbers.
There is an unknown stain to the right of the crest on the front, as well as some pilling near the bottom of the sweater. The left sleeve has several stick marks and one unrepaired board burn hole. There is one small stick mark on the left sleeve #3 and another stick mark beside the sleeve numbers.
The back is pretty clean beyond some pulls and picks.
Brinson was wearing this jersey when he scored his 100th career point on February 14th against Alaska Anchorage.
In his final home game at Oceanside, Pasichnuk scored a hat trick on Senior Night.
You can’t ask for a better sendoff than that.
